80% of the photo should focus on the face, which should have a neutral expression.
Visibility
Teeth should not be visible; both ears must be clearly visible.
Accessories
No eyeglasses; eyes must be open.
Headgear
Only acceptable for religious reasons.
Quality
The photo must not be blurry
